Our Organization

Pet Neuter is a community service Veterinary clinic operated by JEM Veterinary Care LLC that provides low cost Spay/Neuter services that are available to everyone.

Our Mission Statement: To help alleviate pet suffering by providing low cost spaying and neutering services for companion animals in our community.

According to the ASPCA, every day there are 10.000 humans and 70,000 puppies and kittens born in the United States. That’s seven animals for every human. As long as these birth rates exist, there will NEVER be enough homes for all of these animals.

Pet overpopulation and the resulting euthanasia of healthy animals will remain with us unless the cause is consistently addressed.

Pet Neuter’s mission is to do just that.
