We want your experience with us to be as smooth as possible from start to finish. Before you reach out to schedule, we recommend visiting our:

- Pre-Op Instructions page so you know exactly what to expect on surgery day.

Payment is required at the time of scheduling
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and cash. Payment is due when you book — not on surgery day.

Cancellations & rescheduling
To keep our prices low, we rely on a full surgery schedule. Cancellations and reschedules require 24 hours notice — by 9:00am the day before surgery.
Without 24 hours notice, a $25 fee will be charged before we can reschedule or refund your payment.
